Visa Requirements
Participants from outside the ECOWAS region are required to obtain an entry visa to attend the conference. We kindly advise that you initiate your visa application process as early as possible to avoid any delays.
Participants from ECOWAS Member States (West Africa) do not require a visa to enter the host country, in accordance with ECOWAS protocols on the free movement of persons.
Visa Support
For participants requiring a visa, the conference organisers are available to provide:
- An official invitation letter upon request
- Guidance on the visa application process
- Liaison with the relevant consular authorities where necessary
To receive a visa support letter, please send the following information to the conference secretariat at:

- Nationality
- Passport number
- Date of issue and expiry
- Country and city where you will apply for your visa
- Scan of passport biodata page (optional but helpful)
